From Guessing to REAL Testing If you have read any of my books, reports or marketing courses, you know that I'm a huge proponent of testing! I don't want to sound like a broken record, but this is so important I must repeat this message: marketing is the ultimate leverage. A financial advisor can go from struggling to get 10 people to attend a seminar to changing one word and packing the room with people that are chomping at the bit to give you their money to invest and manage. One word can make that happen! With all of the advisors that I have worked with from coast to coast, the same thing happens +90% of the time. When we get to crunch time, people say, "I can't test now! What do you think will work best and I will go with that." I know I'm good at guessing but if I was great, I would just pick the lottery numbers and retire! Here is where the problem comes in.
